Interior Design Manager

As a Design Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our design department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and maintaining high creative and quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of designers, overseeing project schedules, tracking progress, and aligning outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals. You will be expected to develop and implement innovative design strategies across various projects, review and approve design concepts to ensure alignment with brand standards and client briefs, and effectively manage and resolve design-related escalations. Your expertise in 3D design development, detailing, and visual presentation quality will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects. In addition, you will be responsible for enforcing adherence to quality benchmarks, design best practices, and industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, execution teams, and clients, to ensure seamless project coordination. Staying updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies will be essential to bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to our projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior design, strong leadership, communication, and client management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
