As a Business Manager - Design, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting Franchise Owners and their teams in the sales, design processes, and operational communication. Your primary responsibilities will involve optimizing sales funnel management, overseeing project design and delivery, guiding hiring processes, training designers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors will also be essential to streamline project execution and enhance operational efficiency. In terms of Sales & Business Management, you will assist Franchise Owners in improving conversion rates and business growth through effective sales funnel management. Strategic planning and execution for sales and design performance across various locations will be a key focus. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing operational efficiencies for multiple stores and implementing performance metrics to track and improve sales and design productivity. Regarding Design & Project Management, you will oversee the design management of numerous projects monthly, ensuring quality and efficiency. Leading the site delivery team to ensure timely completion of projects within scope and high-quality standards will be essential. Collaboration with vendors and business partners to streamline project execution will also fall under your purview. In terms of Talent Acquisition & Training, you will support partners in hiring Interior Designers (IDs) through technical interviews and provide training programs to enhance sales and design outputs. Continuous upskilling of the team with the latest trends and technology in interior design and fit-outs will be crucial. Customer Experience & Relationship Management will also be a significant aspect of your role, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales and design journey. Addressing customer concerns effectively and implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction and brand reputation will be key. Additionally, collaboration with Category Teams and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market feedback, as well as implementing insights from market trends to refine sales, design, and operational strategies, will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a preference for post-graduation in Project Management or Construction Management from a Tier I institute. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, particularly in interior fit-outs, is required. Strong knowledge of individual trades, subcontractors, and industry best practices, as well as experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives, is essential. Soft skills such as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain quality, and ensure customer satisfaction, along with problem-solving skills to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve project-related challenges effectively, are also necessary.
