About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to capture brief, functional requirements, budget and design intent; translate into concepts and presentation materials (moodboards, schematic plans).
• Produce and deliver accurate technical drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed joinery—using AutoCAD and collaborate on 3D renderings for client approvals.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates and material/FF&E specifications; coordinate with procurement and suppliers to source finishes and fixtures within budget.
• Manage on-site implementation: supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure health & safety and compliance on site.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams—project managers, architects, MEP and vendors—to resolve design-to-build challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFI, site instructions, snag lists) and handover packages to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with 3+ years of on-site interior design & execution experience.
• Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and strong working knowledge of space planning and technical detailing.
• Hands-on site supervision experience, vendor management, BOQ preparation and basic cost estimation.
• Good client-facing and communication skills; able to present design rationale and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with materials, finishes, joinery, FF&E and quality control processes.
• Preferred
• Experience with Revit and SketchUp or other 3D modelling tools; exposure to rendering tools (V-Ray/Enscape) is a plus.
• Prior experience delivering high-end residential, retail or hospitality fit-outs; knowledge of local building codes and MEP coordination.
