Role & responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and working drawings for industrial, commercial, and prefab modular projects. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to integrate architectural requirements. Prepare BOQs, presentation drawings, and working details for client approval and site execution. Work with software tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop for project visualization and documentation. Ensure compliance with local bylaws, building codes, and safety regulations. Participate in site visits and review meetings as required. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in architecture or design-related roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, BIM, etc. Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time and work on multiple deliverables under deadlines.
