Senior Interior Designer

You will be joining our expanding team as an experienced designer in our studio. You should be design-focused, detail-minded, and technically skilled in working on various projects, from sketch design to documentation. Balancing multiple project commitments, sectors, and deadlines will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with the Director, HOD, and project teams will be essential to develop and advance the design agenda for each project. Managing deliverables and meeting target deadlines will also be part of your responsibilities. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, you will: - Understand the design project thoroughly. - Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks and time. - Prepare drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other design-related documents. - Coordinate the internal design team. - Take charge of the design development for key project stages. - Liaise with external design team members and other associated organizations. - Handle conflicting demands, prioritize duties, and work effectively under pressure. Your qualifications should include: - Demonstrated ability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned. - Industry-recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. - Ability to make and present design decisions for discussion. - Integration of design requirements with architecture. - Proficiency in using various media for design project development and documentation. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sensitive information. - Flexibility, openness to new ways of working, and commitment to lifelong learning. - Self-motivation, proactive approach, and initiative in daily tasks. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Building good relationships internally and externally. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, VRAY/Enscape/Blender, and Microsoft Office. - Understanding of the designer's role in project coordination and integration. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 3.5-4.5 LPA.,
