Role Overview – Operations Lead We’re looking for a driven and dependable Operations Lead who can take full ownership of project execution — from site measurements to final handover. If you’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple interior or renovation projects simultaneously, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end project coordination from initial site measurements to final handover Timely material planning and procurement based on BOQs Strong understanding and accurate reading of BOQs, GFCs, and working drawings Maintain and update Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) Regular quality checks and execution supervision at sites Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelines are met Ability to manage 3–4 active projects independently Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience in project execution for interiors, renovations, or construction Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting Familiarity with Project Management Software (e.g., MS Projects, etc ) – a plus Knowledge of AutoCAD and understanding technical drawings – an added advantage Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility What You’ll Get at Silver Storey: A passionate and collaborative team environment Exposure to premium residential and commercial interior projects Opportunity to be a key part of our growing vision in design and execution Professional growth with structure and creative freedom Salary will not be a bar for Good candidates. Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for both residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Senior Interior Designer's day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing and presenting interior design concepts, creating construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), overseeing project implementation, and collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success. Qualifications Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings Proficiency in FF&E selection and specification Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and team collaboration abilities Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Professional experience in the interior design industry Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with project requirements. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Supervise site progress and ensure design compliance. Manage junior designers and guide them through project deliverables. Maintain quality control and adherence to Silver Storey’s design standards.
