🔹 Role: Interior Designer & Sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Design conceptualisation, layouts & 3D visuals
• Client meetings & design presentations
• Lead handling & project closure
• BOQs, estimates & site coordination
Skills Required:
✔ AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3Ds Max, V-Ray / Lumion
✔ Strong communication & client-handling skills
✔ Good understanding of materials & execution
