Job Role : SME: Hydraulics system

Experience : 15-20 Years

Location : Chennai

Education :

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in the field of hydraulics system design and integration.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of industrial equipment manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Role:

Lead a team of engineers to support Industrial Equipment & Heavy machinery customers in the area of hydraulics system and system installation
Regular connect with customer managers & understand their requirements and build a team in Hydraulics
Work with Account Sales Mangers (ASMs) in connecting with new customer managers and technical presentations to expand and acquire new customers in Hydraulics domain

Experiences:

15+ years of experience working with Industrial Equipment & Heavy machinery companies directly or through any engineering service providers in the area of Hydraulics system design and integration
Good in selection of Hydraulics components considering application of hydraulics system
Strong experience in Program management, engineering delivery and operational excellence
