Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable UI components and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Support production issues, meeting deadlines, and stepping up during critical project phases.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in front-end/UI development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with Node.js (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures and asynchronous service-to-service communication.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Good To Have

• Experience working on scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
