Head - Finance Controls Candidate Requirements 7-12 years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills Experience with a SaaS Tech organisation / experience with a start-up would be an added advantage Experienced in Financial Closing, Planning, Controls & Compliance, Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation requirements and Payroll Accelerator who loves building teams and businesses, and being a catalyst for improvement and excellence Strong Finance-Business Connector for designing and embedding the Finance strategy for value creation and growth Good understanding of best practices in the SaaS-tech industry Strong proficiency with Financial Systems Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights and recommendations to the Leadership team to guide business decisions Design, develop and implement mechanism for raising debt - ECBs, NCDs and other optimal sources of capital Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial controls and supporting information systems of the Company, as well as automation of the Finance function that aids in periodic investor reports and fundraising Support commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, approval for offers, contract management and credit limits for clients (ref:iimjobs.com) Show more Show less
