Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and process requests for new reconciliations; support migration from legacy systems to Intellimatch.
Gather, validate, and manage business, production, and system requirements.
Track change requests, assist with IT and End User testing, and coordinate post-go-live support.
Provide operational support, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for SSC Rec Ops teams.
Monitor performance, data quality, and automation processes; contribute to KPI and reporting setup.
Represent SSC in committees, liaise with vendors, and ensure effective cross-functional communication.
Promote process improvements, new tools, and automation initiatives.

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

Strong understanding of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Options).
Expertise in Excel (VBA appreciated) and tools like 2Strack, Quality Center.
Strong process, analytical, and coordination skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-driven mindse
