We at Cancer Therapy are looking for an enthusiastic Test Engineer with following skills, roles and responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the Testing of medical Imaging application features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines 10+ years of experience in verification activities for embedded device and software preferably medical device. Experience in writing and executing manual test cases for test setups with actual and simulated hardware. Experience in test case development, test execution, and defects reporting using tools JAMA, Azure DevOps, Quality Center, Clear Quest. Experience in integration testing concepts, methodologies, and strategies for combining software and hardware systems. Experience in test environment set up, includes different hardware, network configurations, operating systems, and software environments. Experience in troubleshooting skills for identifying, analyzing, and resolving embedded environment-related issues. Job Summary: The Murex Tester will be responsible for testing the Murex Trading and Risk Management system to ensure that it meets the functional and non-functional requirements. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to create test cases, execute tests, and troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Murex system, along with excellent testing and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications of the Murex system. Test Execution: Execute manual and automated test cases for Murex-based applications and modules, ensuring complete and accurate functionality. Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center). Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Test Automation: Develop and execute automated tests (using tools like Selenium, QTP, etc.) to improve testing efficiency and repeatability. Functional and Regression Testing: Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on the Murex system, focusing on risk management, trading, back-office operations, and other financial functionalities. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other testers to understand the business requirements and technical specifications. Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the Murex system operates effectively under various conditions. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect logs. UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing support to business users, including test environment setup, execution, and issue resolution. Environment Setup: Ensure proper test environments are set up, including data preparation and system configurations. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements in the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
