Summary of Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C#.NET Developer with a strong background in MS-SQL and some experience with React to join our growing cross-functional Engineering team (Individual Marketplace) and build out the next generation of health insurance marketplace products. The ideal candidate can be able to analyze and modify existing software as well as new. Primary responsiblity will be execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) which includes design, construct, test and deploy applications that meet user needs. Ultimately, the successful candidate will play a key role in creating software that helps our customers make critically important health care decisions with confidence. Experience range: 10+ years plus relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, working on robust web applications and services. Overview of the role: The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for excellent quality software development: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#.NET. • Analyze and understand existing software modules and take part in documenting the business knowledge gathered. • Write complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. • Implement new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure code quality and performance. • Collaborate with front-end teams and work on minimal React integration (React 16/17 or higher). • Perform unit testing and debugging of the application code. • Ensure the application architecture is scalable and maintainable. • Troubleshoot production issues, performroot cause analysis, and provide timely solutions. • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. • Mentor junior developers and review their code to ensure best practices are followed. • Optimize database performance, including indexing, query optimization, and troubleshooting. • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. The Requirements • BE, BTech or MCA as educational qualification • 10+ years of experience using C# (.NET Framework/Core). Should be expert in object-oriented programming. SQL: Proficiency in SQL Server (or other relational databases), including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques. • Experience in React or Angular: Familiarity with React/Angular for building front-end components, wifocusingth a focus on integrating React/Angular into existing/new .NET applications. • Hand-on knowledge on Azure or AWS cloud services • Web Development: Solid understanding of HTTP, RESTful services, and web application architectures. • Version Control: Experience using Git for version control and collaboration in multi-developed environments. • Unit Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. xUnit) to ensure application reliability. Additional Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Strong understanding of software development, lifecycle and Agile methodologies. • Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members. Nice-to-Have: Experience in infrastructure management with Terraform script using YAML. We have an exciting opening for a highly skilled and experienced Insider Threat Engineer. As part of the Cyber Defence department, this role will work in the Insider Threat engineering team aligned to Insider Risk Management (IRM), a geographically and culturally diverse team of engineers who ensure the effective operation of our IRM platform. Reporting to the L3 Insider Threat Engineering Lead (IRM), the L2 Insider Threat Engineer (IRM) role is critical to the success of the Insider Threat and DLP capability . This role would suit those with a background in troubleshooting, administering and implementing IRM technologies, and with technical experience of the Microsoft Security stack with a focus on Purview DLP, IRM and Defender. As the L2 Insider Threat Engineer (IRM), the primary responsibilities will be: Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IRM technologies, policies and rules used. Work closely with the L3 Insider Threat Engineering Lead (IRM) to develop, implement, and refine rules and policies to help prevent data loss and protect sensitive information across the organisation. Ensure that IRM policies are fine-tuned and matured to reduce the number of false positives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Cyber Security, HR, legal, and compliance, to define data protection and insider risk requirements, policies and standards. Act as an escalation point for the L1 Insider Threat Engineers. Contribute to regular assessments of the Insider Threat Engineering function to identify areas for continuous improvement. Contribute to regular reports and updates to management on the performance and effectiveness of the IRM technologies. Identify trends and requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing IRM policies, and report this upward through the security management chain. Provide guidance, coaching and support to L1 Insider Threat Engineers. Stay current with emerging IRM technologies in the cyber security landscape. Secondary responsibilities Be an integral part of projects that enhance insider threat and data protection policies and standards. Other relevant tasks as designated by the Global Head of Insider Threat and L3 Insider Threat Engineering Leads. Qualifications What you will need: It is essential that you have experience implementing, troubleshooting and administering Insider Threat and DLP technologies in a global enterprise organisation. A solid engineering knowledge of the Microsoft Security stack, in particular Purview DLP, IRM and Defender. Relevant Microsoft qualifications in Purview DLP, IRM and Defender. Understanding of data protection laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
