Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conversational AI DevOps Architect to

join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing,

implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions that

support the deployment and management of Conversational AI systems. This role

requires expertise in both DevOps practices and Conversational AI platforms, including

managing environments for bot development, AI model integration, and continuous

delivery pipelines.

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure

Conversational AI systems. Develop architecture blueprints, ensuring that the AI

infrastructure aligns with business goals, security policies, and technical standards.

• Architect Infrastructure for Conversational AI:

Design and build robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure to support the

deployment, integration, and maintenance of Conversational AI solutions (such

as bots, virtual assistants, and AI-powered customer service).

• Security and Compliance:

Ensure that all AI-related systems are secure, meeting relevant compliance standards

(e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001,DORA..etc). Work with the security team to implement best

practices in securing AI infrastructure and data.

• Automation of Deployment Processes:

Develop and manage automation scripts for the deployment of Conversational

AI services to different environments (e.g., testing, staging, production).

• AI Model Deployment:

Manage the deployment of AI models and machine learning workflows, ensuring

they are integrated seamlessly with the DevOps pipeline for efficient and

reproducible results.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with platform architects, data scientists, and other stakeholders to

ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and AI systems.

• Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest trends in Conversational AI, DevOps tools, and

cloud technologies. Implement best practices and new methodologies to improve

team efficiency and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,

or a related field. Advanced certifications in Cloud/DevOps/AI are a plus.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
• 2+ years of experience working specifically with Conversational AI

platforms, such as Cognigy, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or

similar.

• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

• Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices-based

deployment.

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps,

or similar.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash,Java etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-related tools, APIs, and frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex

issues.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-

functional teams.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration for AI applications.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms like Cognigy, Rasa, or Watson

Assistant.

• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional

Cloud Architect, etc.).

• Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management and continuous model training.
