The role will primarily be tasked with designing and executing initiatives across the region to strengthen data centralization, align with global strategies, and accelerate AI adoption to drive efficiency, growth, and

client impact.

AI and Data, Tech and Analytics (DTA)

teams as well as operations to identify use cases and strategies to achieve the following core objectives for DTA in Asia.

1. Data Ingestion to Power Core Systems and Strategies

2. AI-Driven Placement and Workflow Redesign

3. Help imbed existing tools such Copilot and Agentic AIs Researcher to enhance speed, accuracy, and continuity.

The Role

• Lead the business analysis for a high-impact AI project focused on agent creation and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across broking, operations, and technology to gather and validate

requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for AI-driven solutions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement intelligent agents.
• Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Support change management and training initiatives to embed AI solutions across the business.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and benefits realisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data governance standards.
• Manage internal controls, risk management, and change processes to ensure robust governance

and successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions

The Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (broking, claims, or operations).

Strong understanding of AI technologies, Technical Prompting, and systematic use of AI to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Demonstrable logical and systematic thinking skills, and wiliness to apply that to AI driven processes,

and solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA) or AI/ML (e.g., Coursera, Microsoft, Google).

Experience working with AI tooling and platforms.
