Job Description

You will be responsible to handle customer calls in Hindi and English language, it is an inbound process. Calls will be related to support, service and complaints related to the services of our client.Job Responsibility Total Opening150 positions1. Responsible to handle customers through phone calls in Hindi and English language.2. Working hours from 8 am to 2 pm with rotational shifts.3. Working daysmonday to friday (saturday and sunday are fixed week offs)4. Five(5) days working5. Six (6) paid leaves in every quarter6. Medical insurance and PF provided on top of in-hand salary7. Salary range from Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 32,000 (in-hand)8. Inbound customer service process9. Process working hours from 8 am to 10 pm10. Ample of growth opportunity11. Additional variable performance incentive of Rs. 5,000 per month (paid on performance)12. Salary increment based on performance every year13. Mobile bill reimburesement provided to all joinees upto Rs. 599 per month (apart from Salary)14. Meal vouchers provided for Rs. 150 per day (number of days present) (apart from Salary)15. Additional Travelling allowance of Rs. 2,000 per month (apart from salary)
