Integration Specialist

As a member of the team, your main responsibility will be to manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the smooth integration of our products and services. You will work closely with internal teams, engage with clients, and create clear documentation for integration processes and client interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for system testing, troubleshooting integration issues, and maintaining effective communication throughout integration projects.
