This is a strategic and implementation-focused role responsible for owning our internal technology stack—from process discovery and design to full deployment, integration, and automation. You will lead the effort to understand our real estate, marketing, and investor operations workflows, identify points of friction or inefficiency, and implement technology solutions that simplify execution and ensure data flows cleanly across tools.
