Integration Developer

As an Integration Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in formulating strategies for the optimal utilization of Integration tools, techniques, methodologies, and technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Business, Business Analysts (BA), and/or the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to brainstorm solution options, resolve business problems, and identify necessary documentation, data, and logic. - Consulting with the BA for additional information/data during the implementation of solutions. - Devising and reporting on Integration Development Plans and Strategies. - Planning and strategizing integration projects. - Developing synchronous/asynchronous and rule-based messaging designs/architectures. - Leading coordination activities with other Integration Developers. - Assigning work and ensuring timely completion of integration projects and work requests. - Assuming and owning design architectures for A2A and B2B Integrations. - Partnering with the Enterprise Architecture team to formulate strategies and design architectures for seamless integrations. - Ensuring adherence to integration best practices within the organization. - Identifying and resolving conflicts within the Integration Capability. - Maintaining the smooth functioning of the company's integration architecture. - Optimizing existing system integrations and migration strategies. - Leading, coaching team, designing, developing, unit testing, and implementing integrations using the standard toolset/platform adhering to established design standards. - Managing coordination with other developers to ensure timely completion of integration projects. - Partnering closely with architects and team members to align integrations with the overall system architecture. - Mentoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration issues promptly. - Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. - Documenting integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who have: - 8+ years of experience as an Integration developer. - 3+ years of hands-on working experience in Boomi. - 2+ years of Lead/Supervisory/Coach experience. - Experience implementing integrations for EDI. **Note:** The job involves working from the office in Gurugram.
