As an Account HRBP at Wipro, your role involves partnering with the business to design and implement targeted HR interventions, people practices, and talent strategies for the accounts. You will also be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of central HR processes within the Account. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy strategies for the overall practice charter of the organization. - Enhance talent capability through annual plans based on business strategy and requirement analysis. - Design and implement specific programs, processes, or interventions to address practice-related challenges. - Manage team structure and roles for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide direction and guidance for program design and delivery within the team. - Drive employee engagement through regular connects, talent management, and career movements. - Proactively manage attrition by addressing employee concerns and conducting retention discussions. - Drive talent management processes and ensure process coverage across the Account. - Implement specific HR interventions and support business strategy implementation. - Provide HR support for business-aligned projects and org restructuring support. - Manage compliance and escalation effectively, including talent and cost optimization initiatives. Qualifications: - Full-time Post Graduate in Human Resources from a premier institute. - Relevant experience as an HR business partner.
