Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account HRBP at Wipro, your role is to partner with the business to devise and implement targeted HR interventions, people practices, and talent strategies for the accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of central HR processes within the Account. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategy Development and Deployment:** - Assist in developing the overall practice charter for the organization. - Achieve talent capability improvements by creating and implementing an annual plan based on business strategy and emerging business realities. - Determine optimal team structure and roles for increased efficiency and effectiveness. - **Program / Intervention Design and Development:** - Address practice-related challenges by collaborating with business leaders to design and deploy specific programs or interventions. - Customize programs based on unit requirements. - Develop new programs in consultation with business leaders, academia, and external parties for future capability building. - **Team Management and Development:** - Provide guidance to the team for program design and delivery. - Complete all people processes for the team including performance reviews and learning interventions. - Coach team members for skill development and align them with annual plans and performance goals. Responsibility: - **Employee Engagement:** - Drive engagement through regular connects, discussions, and talent management. - Conduct skip-level meetings and onboard new employees. - **Career Management:** - Enable career movements for employees and create awareness of career paths. - **Attrition Management:** - Proactively address problems and conduct retention discussions. - Guide exiting employees through the attrition process. - **Talent Management Processes:** - Drive execution of talent management processes in the account. - Ensure process coverage and track progress. - **HR Support for Business Strategy Implementation:** - Partner with account heads to support business strategy. - Provide HR support for business-aligned projects. Qualification Required: - Full-time Post Graduate in Human Resources from a premier institute. - Relevant experience as an HR business partner.
