Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi is for an Insurance Specialist. The role involves assisting clients with insurance advisory, identifying suitable insurance products, managing insurance portfolios, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include handling insurance brokerage operations, supporting clients throughout the insurance process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals. Collaboration with the finance and sales teams to align customer needs with available insurance solutions is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Familiarity with Finance and financial services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
