Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition for our insurance vertical. You’ll engage with high-net-worth individuals and businesses to provide customized insurance solutions, ensuring financial security and peace of mind for our clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for Life & Medical Insurance solutions. Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the insurance business. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers. Prepare and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and maintain high service standards. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance sales (Life/Medical) with a proven track record in business development. Communication: Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (spoken & written). Certifications: Completion of IRDAI-mandated broker training & examination is preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and the ability to analyze insurance policies. Mindset: Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive in identifying new opportunities. Why Join Us?
