Description
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and lead our technology strategy, ensuring innovation, scalability, and security in our digital wealth management solutions. Role & Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership • Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with Vedant Finserv’s vision and client needs. • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems and implementing event-driven architectures. • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and data analytics to enhance wealth management solutions. • Present technical roadmaps and project updates directly to the Founder. Product & Platform Development • Design and oversee the development of next-generation wealth management platforms, including: • Portfolio management & analytics • Financial planning tools • Client engagement solutions • Ensure seamless integration of third-party financial APIs, automation tools, and AI-driven insights. • Lead cloud-first and scalable technology solutions for secure, high-performance applications. Team Building & Leadership • Build and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. • Establish best practices for development, automation, and DevOps to ensure agility and efficiency. • Mentor and develop engineering talent while instilling a product-first mindset. Security, Compliance & Efficiency • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, security best practices, and data governance policies. • Optimize technology costs and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency. • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners to support business objectives. What We’re Looking For Experience & Background • 10+ years of technology leadership experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services. • Proven expertise in architecting large-scale financial platforms with event-driven and microservices architectures. • Strong grasp of AI, data analytics, blockchain, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Prior experience in leading digital transformation and automation initiatives. • Knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
