We're looking for a CTO, who can radically enhance engineering productivity by embedding AI-driven tools and practices into every layer of the development process. The ideal candidate will reimagine how software is built in 2025 and beyond—using automation, LLMs, and generative AI to accelerate delivery and innovation. You will introduce systems that eliminate bottlenecks, improve code quality, and enable each engineer to operate at 10x velocity. This role requires a deep understanding of emerging tech and a bias for action to build reusable, intelligent infrastructure. Above all, you will foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement across the entire tech organization. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap across all product lines. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, filling leadership and skill gaps as needed. Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, test generation, and deployment automation) to accelerate product delivery cycles and enhance developer efficiency by an order of magnitude. Collaborate with Product and Curriculum teams to create adaptive, intelligent learning tools that support diverse user-levels. Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-powered features such as adaptive assessments, intelligent remediation, and data-driven learner support. Establish best practices for software development, scalability, security, and DevOps. Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for infrastructure, APIs, and tooling. Represent the technology function to investors, partners, and strategic stakeholders when required. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent leadership role. Strong background in AI/ML architecture and deployment, ideally in EdTech or HealthTech contexts. Architect, implement, and integrate AI-driven features, including LLM-powered RAG workflows, agentic orchestration with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-to-agent communication protocols Build AI-enabled user experiences such as AI chatbots, voice AI, and AI avatars Hands-on experience with mobile-first product development, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and API-first platforms. Passionate about education and creating inclusive, accessible tech for underserved populations. Ability to balance speed and quality while building a long-term foundation. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Admission Team and potential students interested in enrolling into our Certified Nursing Assistant training program. This positions requires the skills and ability to make targeted phone calls to interested students each day in addition to email and texting. Responsibilities: Support the Admission team on all aspect of student enrollment Responsible for calling, emailing, and texting, potential students Address all inbound student inquiry call Accurately document all student and applicant communications Work closely with the marketing team to identify urgent enrollment needs Create and manage outreach strategies to connect with students. This include creating email and text campaigns Development of reports Qualifications: Energetic, customer centric Strong Inbound and outbound call experience Ability to work with urgency Must be proficient with the English language, reading, writing, and speaking.
