Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager Motor Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor insurance sales and a strong ability to manage client relationships while driving business growth. This role focuses on sales through the agency channel , lead generation, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of motor insurance products through the agency channel . Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Lead Generation: Identify and acquire potential clients through field sales activities, referrals, and networking. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies. Product Knowledge: Educate clients about motor insurance products, benefits, and processes to enhance sales. Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities , client interactions, and prepare sales reports. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduation is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience , preferably in motor insurance . Candidates must have stability in previous roles . Age Limit: Up to 30 years . Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships. Familiarity with the agency channel in the insurance sector. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently . Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to 3.75 LPA (Based on experience & performance). Incentives: Performance-based incentives.
