Position Overview

Job Title:
Insurance Telecaller

Location:
Khandelwal Motors Pvt. Ltd. (KMPL)-JAIPUR

Experience Required:
Minimum 6 months to 3 years (insurance telecalling / sales / renewals / proposals)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and potential customers to explain and promote motor insurance policies.
• Handle policy renewals, follow-up on renewals, and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare and submit insurance proposals and policy documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments to ensure timely issuance of policies.
• Resolve customer queries related to insurance products, premium payments, coverage, etc.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports and call logs.
• Achieve monthly targets for renewals and new policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in insurance telecalling / sales / customer service.
• Good knowledge of insurance proposals and policy issuance processes.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email handling).
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
