Designation : Insurance Sales Manager ( Direct & Agency Channel)

CTC : Up to 3.5lpa

• Team Leadership:

  Leading, motivating, and managing a team of insurance sales agents.

• Sales Strategy:

  Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

• Training and Development:

  Providing training, guidance, and mentorship to sales agents to enhance their performance.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Business Development:

  Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the market presence.

• Compliance:

  Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Reporting:

  Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Experience:

  Proven experience in sales Experience in BFSI industry.

• Leadership Skills:

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Industry Knowledge:
