Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Officer, your role involves building and managing a robust pipeline of insurance leads, specifically focusing on life and health insurance. You will conduct need analysis, design customized insurance solutions, and present them to potential clients across different geographies. It is essential to maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, underwriters, and service partners to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a pipeline of insurance leads for life and health insurance - Conduct need analysis and design tailored insurance solutions - Maintain relationships with insurers, TPAs, underwriters, and service partners - Ensure 100% compliance with IRDAI and AMFI guidelines - Collaborate with Client Partners and Financial Planning teams to integrate insurance into comprehensive plans - Track policy renewals, claims, servicing, and drive persistency metrics - Maintain MIS dashboards and prepare monthly business reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 2 years of experience in insurance sales, with a focus on life and health insurance Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to work in person.
