Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and offering suitable policy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (life, health, motor, etc.). Generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide pre- and post-sales support and service to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders for renewals and cross-selling. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Prepare daily reports and maintain CRM records. Participate in promotional activities and campaigns. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0–3 years of experience in sales (insurance experience preferred). Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel for client meetings. Familiarity with local geography and customer base. Preferred Skills: Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector. Fluency in local language(s) and English. Basic computer knowledge and smartphone usage.
