Insurance Sales Executive

About the Role:

The CTC Agency, a trusted hiring partner, is looking for energetic and result-driven Insurance Sales Managers to join leading insurance companies across India. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives/agents.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Generate new leads and expand the customer base through networking and referrals.
• Provide guidance and training to sales team members on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Attend meetings, presentations, and product training sessions as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates in insurance sales / financial services / sales management
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Customer-focused and results-oriented

Work Environment:

• Type: Full-time, Field & Office-based role
• Location: Anywhere in India (pan-India)
• Travel: As per business needs
