Job Overview
The Non-Voice Process Executive will handle back-office operations, email/chat support, data entry, and ticket resolution for international clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with written communication, detail-oriented, and prefer non-calling roles while still gaining exposure to global business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle email, chat, or ticket-based queries from international clients.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer issues.
Update and maintain CRM, databases, and client records.
Process orders, invoices, or claims as per client guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Skills & Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM).
Detail-oriented and organized with good problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in US Night Shift / International Timings.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to client-specific processes.

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (2022–2025 pass-outs).
