As a Customer Chat Support Executive (Email Process) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer queries and issues through email and chat platforms. You should possess excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to provide quick and accurate resolutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer queries through email and chat promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality customer service. - Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams. - Meet process SLAs including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution. Requirements: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Email or Chat Process. - Strong written communication skills in English. - Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with attention to detail. - Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge. - Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
