What are we looking for?
- Up to 5 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Client Administration (Mandatory).
- Must have experience in SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Support, Client Project Management, Sales Support and Private Funds, Adviser Servicing, Client Relations.
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in the UK Pension domain (mandatory)
- Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills. Ability to work independently Roles and Responsibilities:
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Processing UK Pension Client Administration tasks.
- Handling Client Administration tasks include SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Support, Client Management, Sales Support and Private Funds, Adviser Servicing, Client Relations.
- Handling adviser charges, calls, company updates, and adviser changes on client records.
- Managing investor updates, info requests, beneficiary records, portal queries, plan illustrations, settlements, and advisor changes.
- Managing client updates, mailings, legal notices, GDPR tasks, and document management.
- Driving operational reporting, regulatory submissions, data analysis, process governance, and Consumer Duty communications oversight.
- Supporting advisor onboarding, portal access, pre-sale queries, and streamlined adviser charge management.
- Delivering Ops reporting, tool development, process governance, business analysis, intranet management, and regulatory reporting.
- Reviewing the client administration request, processing the request and requesting additional information/documents if needed.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to complete the business administration request.
- Complies with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.
- Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time.
- Provide query support and training/refresher to team members.
- Review the job aids/process guides to ensure it is updated with all the processing information.
- Ensure effective update dissemination and maintain update tracker/log.
- Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to.
- Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
