Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor based in Kanpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding client needs and offering tailored financial and insurance solutions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert consultation on insurance products, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable plans, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Additionally, the role entails goal-oriented sales planning and maintaining compliance with company policies.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Insurance and Finance fields
  • Experience in Consulting and providing insights for financial planning and risk management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships
  • Relevant industry certifications and/or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields are advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and general computer applications
  • Motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
