Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer to handle routine and emergency maintenance for electrical systems, field analyzers, instrumentation, and UPS systems. Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for switchgear, cabling, lighting, and earthing systems. Monitor and ensure electrical safety and compliance with statutory regulations. 2. Instrumentation & Analyzer Work: Calibrate and maintain field instruments including pressure, flow, level, and temperature transmitters. Carry out maintenance and validation of process analyzers like gas analyzers, stack monitors, and pH meters. 3. UPS Systems: Install, commission, and maintain UPS systems ensuring proper load handling and backup. Replace batteries, capacitors, and ensure proper preventive maintenance. Analyze UPS health using monitoring software and logs; respond to faults promptly. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, calibration reports, breakdown logs, and inventory of spare parts. Prepare maintenance schedules and adhere to compliance documentation. 5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and contribute to system upgrades. Stay updated with the latest technologies and safety standards in electrical and instrumentation domains. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in plant maintenance / industrial services. Hands-on experience with UPS systems, field instruments, and analyzers. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with safety standards and ISO documentation. Willingness to work at the customer site in Bangalore Locality is mandatory.
