Overview: Seeking a Instrumentation Engineer to lead and oversee the Instrumentation team, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in instrumentation engineering, leadership experience, and the ability to manage resources effectively. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining engineering standards to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning & Resource Allocation Assess and allocate engineers and technicians based on project needs. Project Monitoring & Coordination Track progress, address challenges, and optimize resource deployment. Team Leadership & Motivation Inspire the team to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion. Technical Support & Standards Compliance Provide expert guidance and ensure adherence to engineering specifications. Continuous Learning & Development Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with the team. Site Visits & Issue Resolution Oversee project implementation and proactively resolve on-site challenges. Training & Mentorship Develop junior engineers and technicians through guidance and skill-building. Document Review & Quality Assurance Ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Project Leadership Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence. Qualifications & Skills: Education Bachelors/Masters in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering. Experience 15+ years in instrumentation, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Preference for candidates with 10-12 years in an engineering consultancy. Skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and expertise in instrumentation engineering.
