Instrumentation Application Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Instrumentation Application Engineer to support our customers with the selection, application, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with problem-solving ability and customer-oriented communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and the sales team on instrumentation products (sensors, transmitters, flow meters, analyzers, control systems, etc.).
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate instrumentation solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, datasheets, and quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and application presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to address customer feedback and application challenges.
• Support project execution, including installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry standards (ISA, ISO, IEC, API) and regulatory requirements.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand market presence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation, control systems, or applications engineering.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation devices (flow, pressure, temperature, level, analytical instruments).
• Familiarity with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols (HART, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare and present technical reports and proposals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, site support, and training sessions.
