Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor at Planetfluid, located in Pune and Goa. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging bartending training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations and theoretical lessons. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching mixing and flair techniques, assessing student progress, and mentoring students to achieve professional excellence in bartending. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and maintaining a creative and inspiring learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bartending techniques, mixology, and flair bartending
• Effective teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Knowledge of beverage trends, alcohol safety practices, and hospitality industry standards
• Organizational and time-management skills to develop lesson plans and manage class schedules
• Certification or formal training in bartending or mixology is highly desirable
• Prior teaching or workshop experience in bartending-related fields is an advantage
