Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructor, located in Bengaluru. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring that medical professionals are well-versed in the use of Prodancy's surgical consumables. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating educational content, providing hands-on demonstrations, assisting in product usage, and offering support to ensure optimal product utilization.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing educational content
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of medical devices or experience in the healthcare industry
• Ability to provide hands-on demonstrations and offer ongoing support
• Comfortable with using and explaining surgical tools and consumables
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
