Qualifications Proficiency in bartending techniques, mixology, and flair bartending Effective teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students Knowledge of beverage trends, alcohol safety practices, and hospitality industry standards Organizational and time-management skills to develop lesson plans and manage class schedules Certification or formal training in bartending or mixology is highly desirable Prior teaching or workshop experience in bartending-related fields is an advantage
