Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lava Diver, located in New Delhi. The Lava Diver will be responsible for safely navigating and exploring volcanic environments. Day-to-day tasks include assessing volcanic activity, collecting samples, and conducting research on lava flow and composition. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and constant monitoring of volcanic conditions to ensure safety. Qualifications Extensive experience in volcanic research and navigation Strong understanding of safety procedures and risk management Proficiency in using specialized equipment for lava diving and sample collection Physical fitness and stamina to work in extreme conditions Excellent observation and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Relevant certifications in volcanic research or geology are a plus Bachelor's degree in Geology, Volcanology, or related field
