Assistant Manager

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Assist the manager in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations
Support project management and monitor progress of ongoing initiatives
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
Assist in supervising junior staff and providing guidance as needed
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing solutions

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Some experience in management, operations, or project coordination (1–3 years preferred)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
Must have the
legal right to work in Singapore
(Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
