Role Summary As a Senior Associate Enterprise, you will design and deliver learning interventions for our enterprise clients. Youll manage end-to-end projectscreating VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training), ILT (Instructor-Led Training), session designs, and supporting materials—while collaborating with SMEs and the delivery team. Staying current on L&D best practices and adult learning theories is critical to ensure our programs remain cuttingedge and impactful. Key Responsibilities Design & Develop Trainings: Create engaging VILT and ILT curricula across diverse topics and audiences for leadership and development learning interventions. Develop session designs facilitator guides, slide decks, and other learning assets. Collaborate with SMEs & Delivery Team: Partner with subject matter experts to develop and curate content, validate accuracy, and translate complex ideas into learner-friendly formats. Coordinate internally (project timelines, reviews, logistics) to meet delivery commitments. Client Discussions: Support delivery and solutions teams in aligning training needs and presenting learning interventions to the client. Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with L&D trends, adult learning theories, and instructional design best practices. Propose and pilot innovative approaches (e.g., microlearning, social learning, blended solutions) to enhance learner experience. Project Management: Independently manage multiple priorities—project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder communication—to ensure timely and highquality delivery. Required Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–3 years in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles (consulting, corporate L&D, or edtech). Technical Skills: Handson experience creating VILT/ILT content and supporting materials. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for crafting clear learning materials and client communications. Collaboration: Proven ability to work crossfunctionally with SMEs, designers, and project teams. SelfManagement: Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines.
