Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in Chennai. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning content, developing instructional materials, designing e-learning courses, and ensuring that the training programs meet the organization's objectives. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and E-Learning content creation skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Instructional technologies
• Proficiency in graphic design, multimedia production, and video editing
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Experience in the technology or education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
