Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer Senior Associate at EY, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. You will be responsible for drafting learning objectives, applying effective learning strategies, and creating impactful learning materials that meet EY quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders such as content owners, Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), graphic designers, and deployment teams to develop high-quality learning solutions. Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) conversations, drafting Learning Solution Plans, and creating comprehensive learning documents like Storyboards and trainer/participant decks for both Physical and Virtual Classroom programs. You will also be required to review all learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, and adherence to quality standards. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to a dynamic business environment. You should also demonstrate good problem-solving skills, a customer service-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to mentoring junior team members and fostering effective teamwork. To qualify for this position, you should have 3 to 6 years of experience in designing courses and other learning items, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and rapid authoring tools, and a track record of building strong relationships with business customers/clients. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in fast-paced, stressful environments to deliver the required results.
