Instructional Designer

As a Training Consultant L1 at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for managing Direct Managers (DMs) and/or Associate Managers (AMs) as either an individual contributor or a People Manager. Your role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders who seek your expertise in finding solutions to various business problems related to training. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, developing, delivering, and certifying trainers and master trainers on adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and coaching skills. You will collaborate with Line of Business (LOBs) and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs and conduct needs assessments for evaluating and developing training and instructional solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing consulting related to training for organization-wide initiatives, designing, developing, and implementing training programs using various methods and formats. You will lead and deliver consulting engagements, manage client expectations, ensure quality control and delivery assurance, and enhance training programs by recommending and implementing innovative solutions. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and experience in working with multiple groups for application mapping will be essential for success in this role. You should possess good delivery and execution skills, demonstrate the capacity to resolve dependencies and conflicts, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in tools like Captivate, Storyline, or similar content designing and authoring tools, as well as training analytics, will be beneficial for designing effective training solutions. The mandatory skill required for this role is Training, and the ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in the field.
