MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role - Instructional Designer Learning and Development Team within our business operations in Bangalore, India. There are several openings in the Sales, Purchase, Imports and Accounting Departments.

Summary: - The Learning and Development Team is responsible for conducting new hire orientation and assessments, managing the training portal, and maintaining process manuals for all BPO teams. The team also coordinates cross- trainings, refresher sessions, and product-specific training programs. Additional responsibilities include content development for internal platforms, maintaining key business resources, collaborating with the IT team to enhance
applications, and performing other duties as required to support continuous learning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop effective and interactive training programs and materials to support employee development and organizational enhancement
2. Research, outline, write, proof, and publish engaging digital content
3. Develop timely and essential training programs and materials, create post training assessments for organizational and personnel needs
4. Assist in content calendar preparation every month. Brainstorm & ideate with the Training team to collect, write, research, organize and edit the information
5. Conducting research, generating new areas of development to get a deeper understanding of the topic
6. Contribute to structured content strategy and roll out both internal and external communications on timely basis
7. Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the training team
8. Collaborating with team members and brainstorming subjects for creative content
9. Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good techniques
10. Reflects the understanding of the training requirement verbally as well as writing new content and editing existing content
11. Editing and proofreading new content before publication
12. Managing the distribution of content through our various channels
13. Analyzing performance indicators and determining the effectiveness of created content
14. Will have to create compelling original, informative and meaningful content for website based on the company's requirement and organize the information for posting on company website and maintain it periodically
15. Should be able to cover up all the things that the business wants to showcase to the viewers and wants to provide information about the same
16. Will have to post crisp, precise, and persuasive content to ensure viewers understand what has been presented in front of them
17. Will have to completely understand the requirements of the company, the target audience and must develop the content accordingly while using good search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
18. Has a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements
19. Need to be flexible with shift as and when the business or work requires
Key skills and experience required
1. Hands on experience with some of the authoring tools like MS Power point, Articulate Storyline 360, i spring. (Articulate Storyline would be prioritized)
2. Hands on experience using Project management tools like Trello, JIRA. (JIRA would be prioritized)
3. Creating storyboards and write voiceover for the courses.
4. Good knowledge of UX design (User Experience)
5. Data analysis & Problem-solving skills
6. Hands on experience in basic graphic designing tools (Canva)
