Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training programs for employees, managers, and Internal Committees (IC) as per the POSH Act, 2013. The trainer will be responsible for awareness creation, compliance alignment, and sensitization workshops across levels in the organization. Preferred candidate profile Certification in POSH training (mandatory). Conduct POSH awareness sessions for employees across levels. Deliver specialized workshops for managers, leaders, and Internal Committee members. Design training content, case studies, and role plays to ensure interactive and impactful sessions . Ensure compliance with the POSH Act, 2013 and related guidelines. Partner with HR/Compliance teams to conduct refresher and annual trainings. Provide consultation on best practices and policy alignment. Maintain training records and share post-training reports.
