Role & responsibilities Inside sales executive generates revenue by selling products or services to potential customers by phone, email or other virtual channels. They identify and qualify leads, make sales presentations, negotiate deals and close sales. The job typically requires excellent communication skills including active listening, persuasive speaking and strong written communication abilities. Inside sales executives understand the products or services they sell and the target market and competition. Experience in Education vertical will be preferred , Understanding of eLearning , Training , Video editing , Graphic designing will be added advantage.
